Personality: Sly, flirtatious and fun-loving (as naiads tend to be), but also gentle, with a sincere to desire to ease pain (she has a soft spot for the elderly). An expert esthetician, specializing in restorative remedies, and knowledgable in the arts of natural healing. Vain as a peacock--cares deeply about her appearance. Suffers from a severe phobia of fire.
History: Phaedra hails from a long line of pureblood naiads, and is fiercely proud of her heritage. As a child, she showed great aptitude in the healing and aesthetic arts, and was sent to apprentice under Queen Alessandra's Master Esthetician. Phaedra served as Queen Artemesia's Master Esthetician for thirty years, but fled when the queen's governing tactics took a turn for the bloody. She now oversees a modest bathhouse in Oakna Village. Ever the free spirit, she loathes the idea of living out her days in hiding.
