Personality: Casmia is considered by many to be an eccentric genius, though she would never describe herself in such terms. She loves a good joke and a full glass of wine. To Casmia, seriousness is a disease of the mind, and her emotions are precious secrets.
History: Casmia is a native of the Celir tribe, a group of vixen-mounted nomads known locally as "Snow Shades." She left the Celir as a child, and now rules over Kar, a small, remote kingdom tucked deep in The Bleeding Spine. Her people refer to her as "The Snowfox Queen."
