Personality: Usually acts in a brash and confident way. Rydan has a neutral allegiance, he looks out for himself above all else.

History: Despite the wealth his family came from, Rydan spent most of his youth always getting in and out of trouble. As he entered his teens he was captured by pirates and held for ransom. Most people would have found the experience to be quite traumatising but Rydan actually found he had a lot in common with the rag tag group of criminals and learned a thing or two about surviving in a world without the comforts of wealth. He became so close with his captors that when his family paid the crippling ransom for his release he ended up helping them steal it and left with them.
As Rydan grew to manhood, he became an accomplished rogue and inevitably ended up journeying the world of Alneira alone.
Rydan possesses an intense curiosity and the constant need to discover new things. He believes he can take what he likes and has no scruples about leaving a string of damaged trust and broken hearts in his wake.
