Physical Description: 5'8, angular, lithe. Vaporous black hair and clothing, translucent skin, white eyes.
Personality: Cool and observant. Iskandei learns all she can from her prey before consuming them.
History: Once vizier to the Shadow King, now an outcast, framed (or so she claims) for treason. She'd do anything to reclaim her position in the courts below, but for now, she'll have to wander, careful to avoid sunlight at all costs. She takes solace in the beauty of Lake Losh after sundown.
